      High pay range, a lot of PhDs and motivated people in every project. Travel conditions are fantastic. A lot of career opportunities.

      Cons

      It's hard to cope with the bad reputation, BlackRock has become a scapegoat in France. Huge organization.

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Cons

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
