Lots of great, smart people around. Good pay and a good bonus.
Cons
Return to office policy is beyond terrible. We come into the office to sit on webex calls all day or to be distracted by the people around you on calls. 4 mandatory days in the office makes it feel like they don't trust their employees at all.
