      Pros

      Benefits were nice. The onsite gym and cafeteria weren't bad either. Health care included. Easy to earn pretty regular bonuses.

      Cons

      High turnover. Lax work from home policy. Management seemed blissfully unaware, and unless you're willing to play the "corporate game" you're not going to get ahead.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
