Pros
Flexibility, I work remotely and have the trust and respect of my management to balance work and life. Whilst still accountable for my results I am not micromanaged. (perfect for me) I get to work with some of APACS biggest not for profits doing amazing things I dont have to balance Saleforce style - corporate pegs to fit into the NGO environment - ie, working with an NGO specialist means more time focussing on client outcomes and less time stuffing around making commercial software work for the specific NGO business model. A committed and engaged team in the Sydney office.
Cons
Competition is tough and this means a lot of hard work sometimes.. But hey, this will happen in any software / sales organisation... Be nice to get into the office a little more.
