      Pros

      Charleston is an amazing place to live, great work/life balance, and there are some choice jobs that pay well if you're high up enough.

      Cons

      There is zero corporate culture, a huge internal resistance to change, lack of accountability in upper management, low pay compared to industry averages, and the company puts significantly more emphasis on "investor/stock-price" focus instead of on customers.
