      Pros

      The hype is that Blackbaud is a collaborative, social good product company.

      Cons

      Blackbaud innovates around IT, not product. They focus more on driving efficiency in the system than on innovating to meet customer needs. What's ironic is that Blackbaud itself doesn't operate efficiently due to an incredibly process- and meeting-heavy culture.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
