Cons
Goals are unrealistic. Management will gaslight to make you think you’re not doing enough. The solution is very difficult to sell, very niche software. Hard to move up in the company if you aren’t hitting goals. Goals are difficult to hit, so it ends up being very difficult to move up. There was a hiring freeze mostly all of 2023
