Pros

Blackpoint Cyber employs a large group of passionate and talented people and the product and service are truly effective which makes this role a good one, for the most part. The PTO policy is pretty decent and I never feel as though I'm not able to take time away for important life events. The Blackpoint leadership is level-headed and will listen to feedback. The company is well-respected in the industry and has a good reputation. It seems as though the people at the organization always want to do the right thing and do right by our customers. Employees are typically encouraged to voice their goals and promotions/career changes occur from within often.

Cons

It sometimes feels as though we do not have enough personnel and that employees experience burnout. The support team and the product team seem especially stretched thin. A President's Club would be really nice to have. There are not a lot of opportunities to connect with the internal team in person. The quotas feel a bit high and the compensation feels a little low compared to other players in the cyber industry. The organization does not seem to focus much on giving back.

- Amazing Team - Solid Product - Able to get your ideas heard from leadership and upper management - Leadership working on culture and making improvements

Cons

- Work pace is very fast. Exciting if you thrive on it, but can be intimidating at first. - High turnover and slow backfill process
