Immature, unprofessional, inebriate in charge of the family company, surrounded by his equally unqualified high school clique and rotating romantic interests - professionally inexperienced women who miraculously go from newly-hired to managers, then out the door in mere months. Leadership trades off dating each other, underpaying, ignoring, and firing old people, and alienating anyone who takes issue with attending coke-fueled nonsensical meetings. Too many family members and party buds working there to count. It was time to leave once the CEO punched an engineer in the face at the company gathering then vomited over the railing at the CFO’s home. The place is a wonderful idea turned college Spring Break - but without the college. A case study in management, integrity, and adult-ing failure. A laughable place, and now a funny story to tell.
