No real management or leadership because they have people in those positions with no experience. They decided to focus on the US market but have no marketing experts so the whole pressure is on the sales team and they are heavily blamed if they don’t reach their targets, which are by the way unrealistic but they don’t care. One of their values is allowing everyone to have a voice but seems like they lack listening skills and abilities. They do not care what you’re saying, they won’t take it into consideration. Most of the people who work there are white men so there’s a frat house feeling The irony at the end of all of this is that they considered themselves to be an employee app but they do not care about their employees, their well-being, their work related worries or how to retain their talents.
