Pros

Depending on the account the hours can vary and there are night and weekend hours. You get to do different things throughout the shift and get to move around versus being stuck behind a desk all the time

Cons

You often do the jobs of many different people in your district and usually get paid less than any of those folks. Opportunities for raises and movement up are rare
