Pretenders; The absolute worse part of block by block is management, from the hiring to management supervisors. They stall their hiring process, put out open positions and ignore their applicants. As a manager and trainer with many years under myself in differing industries. I'm surprised at how terrible this agencies management is. The grossly high turn overs are huge flags, but once onboard you understand the issue immediately. This agency is ran by folks with really bad complexes and attitudes who treat their staff like expendable humans. Before applying, I originally thought they were contracted only for public transit, but learned they were also doing public grounds maintenance as well as acting as community liaisons, embassadors etc. However, they don't actually operate according to what they pretend, nor do they treat they're staff even half as well as they preach in dealing with the public. I would definitely terminate the entire Massachusetts managing sector starting with the director, full clean sweep and hire genuine embassadors who understand staff retention ethics and community engagement. It's a contract for hire focused money racket that's ran on attitudes and short tempers over true interest in performing true management functions. Observe consistent change of their community employee community embassadors and you should register a clear warning sign with block by block. I would certainly start with the director and make my way down the management chain. A company is only as good as those driving it and these folks are not good drivers. Cities need to review and contract better agencies.
