Great coworkers, but lack of experienced hires - Media Coordinator Bloom Ads Employee Review

I have a supportive leadership teamthat invests in employee success. It’s a creative and dynamic work environment with exciting projects. There was great training to stay ahead in the industry. There is a collaborative spirit across sales and creative teams. My successes are always recognized, no matter big or small. Working here is very fast-paced with new challenges. A Work / Life Balance is encouraged and supported.

They close the office on Saturdays and sometimes I’d like to have my own time in the office.

GREAT people. Lower-tier team is so kind and fun. They also seem to want to promote people which is nice.

Work-life balance is absolutely nonexistent. Expect to work 55+ hours a week regardless of your level. There’s no flexibility in work hours. The pay is severely below the market average. There’s also no parking.
