Remote work with poor pay and high pressure - Quality Assurance Representative Bloom Employee Review

Pros

The only good thing is it was remote and they provided equipment.

Cons

They pay unlivable wages, I made $14 an hour and was expected to take on the responsibilities on multiple projects especially after each layoff. There is no job security so you feel like you have to keep taking more and more work to keep your job. Felt like we were made to go unnecessarily hard on agents when giving quality reviews with the ridiculous expectations that were put on them. Even though it is remote you will feel the micromanagement and need to always be faster and faster and faster.

Pros

There was a lot of training opportunities and resources available. Most of the people were super kind and helpful.

Cons

Certain programs were very overwhelming and management micromanaged. Will nitpick and find any reason to terminate you if they can't say anything bad about your performance. Not many oppertunities for a promotion within company.
