There is no job security so you feel like you have to keep taking more and more work to keep your job. Felt like we were made to go unnecessarily hard on agents when giving quality reviews with the ridiculous expectations that were put on them. Even though it is remote you will feel the micromanagement and need to always be faster and faster and faster.
