Cons
CAUTION: Please be cautious before taking up employment with Bloom Energy. Their management comprises of people, who pride on the philosophy, “My Way or the Highway”. They mislead the incumbent to the interview table by highlighting an exaggerated role title. Subsequent to success in the interviews, they deliberately delay commercial discussions by over months to ensure that the incumbent is sold on their company and assess his/her desperation levels. They do not honor their commitment after the job offer has been accepted. By the time I learnt about their true colors, it was too late and I am now entangled in this cobweb of illusions. They did not provide any training to bring me up to speed and are now beginning to get impatient. There is plenty of information on the public domain and it is highly recommended that the potential incumbent study them thoroughly before opening discussions with them. The outlook for this company's future is uncertain as it has been over 15 years and their unrealistic price casts doubt on their company's fleeting profitability. This point is validated by a fact that they have managed to open just a single account over the last 12 years they have been operating in India. Their product is priced unrealistically for the Indian market and has little or no probability of sales success.
