Good salary, you might be lucky enough to have a good team atmosphere, most people work 100% remotely, there isn't much control over whether or not they go to the office (but they want to change this part)

- Good salary + benefits - Environment is friendly - People have ambition to improve and grow the business - Remote-based, ocasional get-togethers

- Growing pains such as some processes are not well defined and some unorganized projects - Shifting to product-focus Nothing too bad, it's part of the process of the scale-up company process - I actually like it as it's part of the challenge but for some could be seen as a con
