Pros
Good salary, you might be lucky enough to have a good team atmosphere, most people work 100% remotely, there isn't much control over whether or not they go to the office (but they want to change this part)
Cons
- There's little job security: they've been laying people off recently, and they're closing many parts of the company for cost reasons, so there's a good chance you'll be fired during your 6-month probationary period.
-A lot of disorganization, a lack of work tools, for example, they only use Google and Slack, which is insufficient on its own
- Weak leadership and some micromanagement
- HR is pretty useless while you're at the company, they're only extremely efficient when it comes to firing you
