Poor management, they expect you give 120% for the company that does not pay good salary (very low salary) and does not give shares to the employees. The CEO always tries to give non-sensical speeches, making the job look like an Olympic race. Toxic work environment without a clear path for promotion and raise. The only people who get promoted are the management or sales, for no good reason, while the individual contributors do most of the work. Useless CEO meeting at the end of Friday. They push the employees to go to the office because they do not trust that the employees will get the job done. The CEO and the people around him speak very loudly and get excited or angry for a stupid reason, which distracts everyone at the office. The people that gave 5 starts to the company are the management or sales that get good salary and shares. Only join this company if you are really desperate for a job after graduation.
