Unfortunately, senior management, lead by the CEO, has created and maintains a toxic workplace culture. Staff are verbally abused in private and in group meetings (including for things they didn't do), are lied to and underpaid. People generally fear the next outburst so try to keep their heads down, work hard and lay low. There has been huge staff turnover, from the junior level to senior management. Over the course of a few months all the women quit. Some sought counselling to deal with their experience there.
