Pros

You wear suits in the office. Trips and bonuses for best sale people.

Cons

DO NOT QUIT!! YOUR OTHER JOB!! FOR THIS ONE!! TELL THEM YOU WANT TO TRY IT OUT ON YOUR OFF DAYS OR YOU'LL HAVE NO JOB IF ITS NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT. DURING THE 2nd ROUND INTERVIEW ASK IF YOU CAN STICK AROUND WITH WHO EVER IS AT THE TABLE FOR A LITTLE LONGER. IMAGINE YOU DOING THAT FOR 6 HOURS A DAY. -Very poor training. Like the title says you are either going to sink or swim. Not much to the job but the time training could be a lot better. One day of in office training (4 hours) then the next day you are in store. You can't sale if you don't know the numbers and prices of the stuff you are selling or what the tv options are. -Morning dance circles and unnecessary chanting. Time should be spent training. -Pay structure, base pay is an advance on commissions so you have to pay back all the base pay you get. -Standing all day. -Driving to office then your store depending on where you live could be far. -In my opinion. They sell you on getting this job like they sale Direct Tv to customers, it's not as good as they make it sound.

Pros

I love working at Blue Chip Endeavors. Starting from the very beginning of taking on the Account Manager position, the team has been engaged and encouraging in my training. I have never had a manager embrace my goals and personally help me hit them. Blue Chip Endeavor's motto is that they put people first and I am a first hand witness to it. The team embodies their company values. Good people doing good things for each other and their customers while also developing their people for a greater life.

Cons

Not a con but with any business be on time

Pros

This company is great for people who want the consistency of a base hourly rate and the opportunity to work hard and earn much more through their commissions and bonuses. The training was awesome, a combination of in office training and hands on training. I had no prior sales experience but was able to make my first sale on my second day with a little help from my trainer. All of the employees got paid training. Coworkers were very career focused and fun. I got to know my coworkers very well and we would also hang out outside the office regularly and everyone in the office was very helpful. Overall I was able to make a lot more money than just an hourly position and learn much more than I thought I would I just few months before my fiance and I had to move due to his military obligations. The president of Blue Chip Endeavors (Dan) also gave me a great recommendation after I left which helped me get my current position after moving

Cons

This position and compensation was initially hard to explain to my fiance and family because they've never worked this type of position. Some weeks I would get a $400-500 check and some weeks it would be 900-1000. There was no paid time off either, but I was able to take time off by just letting the manager know in advance.
