Pros

Good job to get customers service experience.

Cons

Super low base pay, if you don’t sell any services you’ll get a 350 check a week. I did really good my first week there. But then I read the contract we’d make the customers sign. It was a two year contract with a one year price lock. I couldn’t willingly screw someone over. So I made base pay until I found a new job. The owner is a retired football player. He wasn’t nice if you walked in 30 seconds late. Or when he felt like you weren’t doing your job. They only pay you base pay if you didn’t make more than $350 that week. And the base pay was only for 40 hours even though you worked 12 hours a day 6 days a week.

Pros

I love working at Blue Chip Endeavors. Starting from the very beginning of taking on the Account Manager position, the team has been engaged and encouraging in my training. I have never had a manager embrace my goals and personally help me hit them. Blue Chip Endeavor's motto is that they put people first and I am a first hand witness to it. The team embodies their company values. Good people doing good things for each other and their customers while also developing their people for a greater life.

Cons

Not a con but with any business be on time

Pros

This company is great for people who want the consistency of a base hourly rate and the opportunity to work hard and earn much more through their commissions and bonuses. The training was awesome, a combination of in office training and hands on training. I had no prior sales experience but was able to make my first sale on my second day with a little help from my trainer. All of the employees got paid training. Coworkers were very career focused and fun. I got to know my coworkers very well and we would also hang out outside the office regularly and everyone in the office was very helpful. Overall I was able to make a lot more money than just an hourly position and learn much more than I thought I would I just few months before my fiance and I had to move due to his military obligations. The president of Blue Chip Endeavors (Dan) also gave me a great recommendation after I left which helped me get my current position after moving

Cons

This position and compensation was initially hard to explain to my fiance and family because they've never worked this type of position. Some weeks I would get a $400-500 check and some weeks it would be 900-1000. There was no paid time off either, but I was able to take time off by just letting the manager know in advance.
