Pros

Good benefits but high-pressure, unclear expectations

Cons

Only Good benefits aint enough - people quit, Management has clear favourites. Heavy focus on call metrics over quality. Expectations often unclear or shifting. High-pressure environment with limited support. More positions than recruiters can actually fill - yet still Acc. Managers keep hunting for new business and get you more work load on top off it.

Pros

- Earning potential - Some cool coworkers

Cons

- Revolving door company, There is basically a new hire and someone quitting every week. - Management will guilt you into working overtime without calling it overtime. "Don't want to put in the extra work? Guess you don't want to succeed like the rest of us" (that type of guilt) - Will broadcast all recruiters KPI's/ metrics in the front of the office to shame whoever has not made enough calls or had enough talk time for the day. - Management picks clear favorites *Be weary of positive reviews. 90% of their employees have a recruiter or talent acquisition job title, So, all of these reviews from architects, engineers, designers, ect. are employees that they have placed at other companies. Not employees that work directly at the Blue Chip Talent Company.*
