Pros

-volunteers and employees are provided with access to an internal website that provides training on organisational culture and customer service practice. -the team I worked with was very enthusiastic and helpful. -being a volunteer or employee gives you a discount in stores for purchases over a certain amount.

Cons

-since it is a non-profit, non-managerial roles are unpaid. -as shops are less specialised and work is not held to as high a standard as paid roles, work experience counts less than in other organisations.

They care about their employees and encourage growth within the company. They are very future focused and provide a quality product to their members. Highly ethical.

Cons

Understaffed with nothing being said about a solid plan to improve things.
