Pros
1. Environment - staff members, managers - senior techs (all departments) are reliable, knowledgeable, and have a hands-on approach to all areas of work.
2. Work Ethics - micro-management does not exist here, you've got a deadline (soft date and hard date) when the work needs to be completed, the expectation is it will be completed.
3. Tools to succeed - each department is provided with the tools to succeed, rather it is online training videos/documentation including step-by-step instructions with the ability to quickly reference something via a KB or an article within the Wiki on their teams/SharePoint.
4. The Management team including its Senior members is there to help you succeed, providing you with all the tools to do so.
Cons
Blue Link themselves are currently going through the typical growing pains of an SMB, this results in some "menial" tasks (repetitive ones) but their team is working hard to get those tasks automated and nail down a process/flow of work.
Since BlueLink has made the switch to Azure DevOps and swimlanes for work visibility productivity amongst colleagues have dramatically improved and increased despite a digital era (pandemic - Covid19)
