Blue Moon provides a great work environment that prioritizes its employee wellbeing. As an agency it is fast paced and has high demands which can be stressful, but the benefit of working in digital advertising for a premium agency make it all worth it.

I've never worked with a more hard working, smart group of people. I love the collaborative environment and feel that I learn something new every day. I like feeling challenged in my job to be a better digital marketer. I also feel that I've been given lots of growth opportunities and am not held back from working on things I'm passionate about. I think there's a very strong team environment at Blue Moon Digital. I also think we have awesome clients & strong brands.

During the holiday season, the workload can be challenging. Also, being in a client-driven company can be good and bad - as it does feel like you're always at the client's beck and call, even on days like Black Friday, one of our client's biggest days of the year.
