Pros
I have been working at this company for a little over a year now and have really enjoyed my time with Blue Sombrero! I love the people and the laid back environment here as well as the wide range of projects I get to work on every day. The management is fantastic and really makes an effort to make sure you are happy in your position and with your day-to-day work.
Cons
Workload can sometimes be a little uneven. Sometimes you have a lot on your plate and sometimes there isn't a whole lot to do. I don't think this is unusual for any business though.
