      Pros

      There's money to be made. You essentially have the opportunity to run your own business as long as your meeting expectations

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for new AM's. Tech stack needs a ton of work and is outdated. No real training, so you'll need to have a ton of experience in order to succeed.

      Work-life balance No a-holes! Quality engineers

      Cons

      No real cons honestly. No micro-management. My only gripe (very minor) is strictly accounting for time on projects. Nature of the beast so not a real con.
