Pros

I've been employed at BlueRock Technologies for exactly a year and I can honestly say I love my job. Management and leadership have carefully selected the individuals perfectly aligned with their mission and core values. - Having a robust portfolio of supported customers across several different industries, I find myself learning something new every day - Leadership encourages professional development and provides the means by which to obtain proper training in order to develop skills - Fantastic holiday package beyond the regularly observed holidays - Management is and always has been quick to respond to and resolve personal requests - Working in an office with an abundance of Nerf guns, a pool table, a stocked fridge, and a never ending playlist of excellent tracks played through a Sonos sound system is the icing on an already tasty cake

Cons

- Though the company does a fantastic job of showing its appreciation to its employees by scheduling frequent company outings like Tiger Games, Cedar Point trips, BBQs for the families, and nice dinners, there could be more individual reward for personal achievements - Paid Time Off, which includes sick days, isn't the strongest offering in the company's benefits package
