Pros

large scalable environment could direct your job experience towards working at a large dot com or a great new startup, always something more to do, large areas to improve, flexible hours, good location. Great core product with amazing uptimes.

Cons

always, always chasing after the next fad and always always falling on their faces. The failure rate of their new products is almost 100%. They have a great core product with awesome uptime, but instead of enhancing it, they wander off into unknown territory and blindly hope and pray this next big thing works. You can count the failures over the years and none, not one, has paying customers using it enough to make the investment worth it. No Sales Team. There's one guy. He's a winner, no doubt, a great fellow, but one guy who actually sells product. Run Away.

Pros

You can dress like a slob and use profanity in meetings. Management is so bad that you can get away with sitting in your cube and serfing the net for hours at a time.

Cons

President David K. treats employees like slaves by talking down to them and making them feel like he is the only person in the world with a brain. He pretends to be above everyone but forgets how low budget his products are and the fact that the company doesn't even make enough money to replenish toilet paper in all the bathroom stalls. Good luck keeping employees around for long. Within the first six months I witnessed over 25 people leave the company because of terrible pay, unfair treatment, bad organization, limited resources, really bad / unqualified management. The only employees who stay with the company are those with no college degrees who have been there for 5+ years to hold down their low salary because no one else will hire them. HR is extremely gossipy and will tell anyone who will listen about your confidential information. Every single person that I worked with felt the same exact way so seriously RUN WHILE YOU CAN!
