some teams function well together and support each other

Cons

training is very lacking, if I did not come from the industry I would not have known what I was doing. It took a long time to understand a lot of their systems which made it very difficult to properly support the customer. Additionally when I asked for help due to a lack of understanding sometimes I would not get an answer till the next day or later which also made for a poor customer experience.

Cons

Because the company moves quickly and encourages ownership, it can feel overwhelming at times if you're not comfortable with ambiguity or self-direction. You need to be proactive and adaptable to thrive here.

Pros

Always evolving, opportunities to grow and learn more, great co-workers, exciting watching the company progress and help change merchant services! I love working here and believe in the products, support and commitment of each and every employee as they all help Bluefin achieve results bringing us to a new level of service, security and assurance for both their merchants and their employees!

Cons

Slow at times in the ability to get the new innovations to our merchants, but we're working on it!
