Blueprint has a tremendous Analyst Program with unlimited growth potential. The founding partners are very experienced investors and truly care about your development. The entire team is collaborative and amazing to work with. As an analyst you get exposure to sourcing, execution, and thorough due diligence. I highly recommend Blueprint if you are interested in finance, investing, software etc.

No cons working at Blueprint other than you get what you put in. The most successful analysts go above and beyond and are able to master the little things before taking on more responsibility.

Some associates/VPs don't teach their analysts how to source properly. You're sort of siloed, which was fine with me, but others weren't so happy.
