Across the company, employees are belittled, scapegoated, and constantly blamed for leadership’s shortcomings and insecurities. Leadership heavily relies on ChatGPT for most tasks, and there’s no logical or rational argument against it, even when it’s blatantly incorrect or counterproductive to the company’s goals.
