MD is extremely engaged with all business units and is very well liked across the company. Hard work is genuinely recognised. Unsure as to why people would accept a salary and then complain that the pay is bad. In my view the pay at the Mortgage Business is extremely good across the board. Negligible conflict levels, entire company have a good working relationship cross-business unit and the sociable aspect is outstanding Office is huge, spacious and modern Office mood is always positive, even when business volumes become testing Free daily boxes of fruit, extremely generous social budget is provided by the higher ups, excellent coffee facilities. Flexible working from home policy. Share scheme offers opportunity for great returns as the company continues to develop at a massive rate. First company I have been at in 8 years which genuinely seems to give a damn about staff. Since I joined 3 years ago I have lost count of my co-workers who have had recognition and therefore development opportunities. Nice for staff to come up together.
