The company culture at BlueWave is the best I have ever experienced. Everyone respects each other and everyone truly feels like family. It's a work hard, play hard environment that heavily puts focus on relationships with candidates and clients. While the expectation is to work hard, the rewards speak for themselves and the processes all make sense. Everyone wants to see the rest of the team succeed. The work itself is rewarding in more ways than one. If you are looking for a place to hustle, with arguably the most encouraging people you will ever meet, this is the place for you.

This sounds obnoxious, but I can't come up with a single thing.

While the interviews and team energy are initially positive, and you get exposure to new companies or roles and learning new industries, the snack supply is constant, the view from the office of downtown Orlando is a sight, and some of the quarterly celebrations and happy hours we're exciting - that is where the pros to working at BlueWave Resource Partners ends.

Of the many, one the saddest parts of company operations is how much they say they want to see you succeed and elevate you but the first chance get to eliminate you - they will. Instead of growing the excellent talent they have - they start anew each time. You'll notice very quickly how they keep moving the mark. You'll succeed or reach a goal and by the time you're there - the mark has been moved. Many times with promotion offers or sign-ons or even new incentive offers - time and time again it's a bait and switch to the point you eventually can't maintain belief in company ethic. All is not fair when it comes to treatment amongst employees - the scales are tilted to certain people on the team right in front of your face. The five star reviews you see are of the past and unprofessionalism is at an all time high and even in my short time there company culture and policy and morale continuously plummeted. I can't in good conscience even encourage a friend to apply for a position here let alone a stranger.
