Pros

The team is full of very nice people, and there’s a decent work/life balance unless you’re in management

Cons

They do not hire enough staff to take on the client workload, departments don’t talk to each other enough, senior management barely interacts with lower managers and the frontline employees, everyone is overworked, and they don’t pay well at all. We have not had raises in forever. Raises only happen if you get a promotion but it’s still not enough to live in this economy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear you’ve found your colleagues to be kind (we couldn’t agree more!) and have experienced a reasonable work/life balance—those are core values we’re committed to maintaining. We’re also grateful for your honest feedback on where we can improve. The concerns you raised around staffing, interdepartmental communication, and compensation are not taken lightly. Over the past year, we’ve taken concrete steps to address several of these issues. For example, we recently distributed a company-wide benefits survey to all employees to gather direct input on what matters most when it comes to benefits. Based on that feedback and in anticipation of evolving employee needs, we’ve expanded our offerings. We're proud to provide full medical, dental, and vision coverage - at zero cost to our employees. Our current health plan offers nationwide PPO flexibility and full coverage after deductible—delivering top-tier benefits with minimal out-of-pocket costs for everyday care. In addition, we contribute the equivalent of 5% of our employees’ salaries to their 401(k) plans—no match required. These benefits are designed to offer meaningful support to our team’s financial and physical well-being. On the topic of time off, we know how important rest is to prevent burnout. Our intention in offering unlimited PTO is to increase flexibility and trust - and we’re happy to see our team enjoying it! Regarding compensation, we’re aware of economic pressures and take compensation seriously. While promotions are one path to increased pay, it is common for team members who’ve been with us for two or more years to earn pay increases equating to 3–10% annually, primarily based on performance and not tied to a title change. As the company continues to grow, we’re excited about the opportunities that creates—not just in new roles and career paths, but also in our ability to continue increasing compensation and reinvesting in our team. We understand there’s always more work to do. We’re actively working on improving cross-department collaboration and increasing transparency and connection between leadership and all levels of the organization. Your feedback helps guide these efforts, and we’re grateful for your contributions and insights. — Bluleadz Leadership Team
