Pros
As a young professional starting off my career in PR, I can say BOCA is a great place for young PR pros to get a feel for the tech industry. The team is extremely flexible and will often cater to your needs. Leadership is very knowledgeable and experienced in this space and they also provide a lot of support to junior staff.
Cons
One thing BOCA has been struggling with lately, like many other workplaces, is hiring. We’ve had a few people leave and we’re still working on hiring people to fill that gap.
