There is no HR department or structure- Management has no idea what they are doing
The agency is like an all girl highschool- Lots of cattiness and gossiping
The owner forms her own clique and turns employees against each other to create a toxic work environment- there is no growth unless your part of the "clique"
Favoritism is an understatement. Takes credit from one employee and gives to another.
Over half the company has either been let go for no reason or has quit due to the toxic workplace
For a "Multicultural agency" they are sure not diverse with employees
