Pros
Competitive pay, with decent benefits package.
Cons
This place literally couldn't care less about individuals. They have a grand dog and pony show, all about their core values and opportunity, etc. But there is absolutely no loyalty to individual employees. You really can't expect a firm to bleed for its employees, fair enough. But at the same time, Bohler will gently guide you into a lifestyle where you are consistently working 12-15 hour days, until that becomes the expectation. The moment you decide to reclaim your life- you are now on the bubble. Forever. There's a constant threat of failure and disappointment hanging over your head. You're only as good as your last miracle at this place. And it's setup to keep you moving at a frantic pace. Everything is an emergency, and due fifteen minutes ago. Honest deadlines aren't a thing. The managers are all self-serving- and will gladly sell you to a butcher shop if it means a promotion. Nobody cares about anybody there. Bohler is literally a corporate machine, full of apathetic robots and fake smiles. It's run by an in-crowd fraternity of bros and yuppies. Stay away. There are plenty of human firms out there.
