Pros
Wonderful people who care about the mission, unlimited PTO, flexible work schedule though expectations are high. Overall the culture is pretty good and I like it here - though conversations about growth are weird and guarded. comp was good when I joined but the market quickly outgrew them
Cons
A lot of travel, some communication issues from upper management, middle management has poor training
