Bontouch offers the opportunity to work on _the_ most popular apps in Sweden, and extremely popular apps in the U.S. There is a family-like work environment, and they are very accommodating and understanding when personal issues interfere with work. Bontouch has a diverse employee culture. Standards are high which can seem intimidating to a new developer, but there was always open discussion when challenges were faced. Even an experienced developer, such as myself, was forced to up my game and consult others to solve problems. Bontouch takes annual international trips so employees on the different continents can meet, and new ideas and improvements can be explored. Any shortfalls in the company that manifest themselves are acknowledged openly and addressed. The companies leaders are always available to talk.
