The workload is very high. A lot of people quit or go on sick leave due to the stress and it feels like most people in mgmt just think that's part of the job. Also feels like you can't always be creative. In the end you mostly feel like you're just building whatever the clients want you to, but I guess that's what happens at a consultancy firm.

Your health will always come second and you are expected to deliver no matter what. You’ll even get disturbed (phone calls) when you’re home ill with the flu. The workload is insane and salaries low compared to similar companies. Management will not listen if you raise your voice. Stiff and unwelcoming culture unless you’re lucky to end up in a team with some social young souls.
