Pros

The flexibility to work from home and set my own schedule is a game-changer, making work-life balance so much easier. Even though we're all remote, the team is incredibly supportive, and it still feels like a close-knit group. Helping both new and experienced authors bring their books to life is a dream come true, and I’m so thankful for the chance to be part of their journey to becoming published authors.

Cons

Nothing at this time. It's truly a great place to work.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Book Launchers because everyone is incredibly supportive. From the owner down, every staff member is thoughtful, considerate, and eager to help. The company culture is hardworking and passionate but very human and compassionate, as well.

Cons

No real cons at this point. It's been a great few years.

Pros

They have a team of employees and contractors that work well together. Everyone is in it to make the clients self-published books the absolute best product it can be. They truly care about not only the quality of the client's book but also about the client's themselves. All their work is done remotely so it gives contractors the flexibility to work from home at their schedule as long as the work is done by the agreed upon due date.

Cons

Sometimes it would be nice to get paid a little faster but I do understand their cutoff times for sending in invoices. I've always been paid according to schedule and my invoice. Just a little faster would be nice.
