      Pros

      The flexibility to work from home and set my own schedule is a game-changer, making work-life balance so much easier. Even though we're all remote, the team is incredibly supportive, and it still feels like a close-knit group. Helping both new and experienced authors bring their books to life is a dream come true, and I’m so thankful for the chance to be part of their journey to becoming published authors.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Book Launchers because everyone is incredibly supportive. From the owner down, every staff member is thoughtful, considerate, and eager to help. The company culture is hardworking and passionate but very human and compassionate, as well.

      No real cons at this point. It's been a great few years.

      There just aren’t teams like this around anymore. Everyone is so incredibly supportive and you will learn from the best! There’s never a dull day with books ranging across all genres.
