Good structure. Nice work environment. Good perks. Promoted a mindset that rewards achievement rather than penalizing underperformance. Growth opportunity within the company. Big emphasis on training.

Cons

Within time, the perks and benefits became less, at least for basic roles. Very competitive environment for higher positions. High rotation of managers. Business needs over values.
