9yHi and thank you for your rating and review it is much appreciated. I'm pleased to see your lsit of Pros, I'm glad that you recognise some of the progress we have made with pay and benefits and ways of working. Thank you too for your areas to improve. As you will have heard at the recent All Colleague update, we recognise that we have some real challenges with the infrastructure, especially in SLH, and we are working on this as we speak. With regards to managers, if you have any specific concerns please do speak to a member of the people team. We are going to be investing a lot of time and money in training and developing our managers this year and looking at the feedback from the Your Voice Survey so I am hopeful we will see a move forward across the board and I hope that will inspire you to reignite your management ambitions.
