Nice colleagues Some benefits from the company like free drinks, fruit, parties

Cons

No work-life balance due to different shifts, incl. weekends Very stressful job Low basic salary No chances for promotion unless you are very very close to the management (despite your previous experience or education ) No transparency from the management on many different things
