8yHi and thanks for your feedback I'm glad you think it is a great place to work. I take from you comment you work in Customer Service. It is always a tricky balance as we serve customers around the world 24/7 365, shifts are a natural part of our operation. I hope the shifts though are as described when you joined us and if you have a particular challenge then please speak to your manager or the People Team. We go to lots of effort to make the shifts as colleague friendly as possible but we do need to be there when our customers want us, that's the nature of the business we are in. Thanks though for your feedback, that's how we will learn and get better - Ryan
