7yHi, wow that's quite a review! I completely agree that one of the most amazing things about our business is the amazing people you get to work with. I completely disagree with pretty much everything else you have to say. We are doing our very best to improve our customer experience and raise service standards across the industry. There are loads of opportunities for progression, 100s of people are promoted every year, in the last 3 months alone there have been 94 internal promotions across customer service but of course if you don't have the relevant qualifications or experience that probably won't happen but that's no different from anywhere else. We certainly don't want to expel anyone's "crushed soul" and if you genuinely feel that way I would recommend that you seriously consider your career going forward. Thanks again Ryan
