Pros

Good office location, brews and fruits for free

Cons

Still needs to improve much in Barcelona. A lot of unhappy workers and people normally don’t stay more than 6 months because it’s quite stressful and management is not effective.

Hi and thanks for your feedback. Whilst I wish it was more positive we welcome all your feedback as that is how we will get better. As you will know our Barcelona office has been incredibly successful going from an empty office to 150+ people in less than a year and performing really well in terms of KPIs - thank you. Having said that, I agree that having such a rapid take off has given us some challenges over the last 12 months, we have lost too many people (although that is starting to Notably improve) and at times I'm sure it has been a challenging environment. I'm not going to go into details on here but you will be aware of a number of changes that we have made over the last month or so aimed at making our Barcelona office the best place to work in Barcelona. I'm not sure if you've seen the results yet but the Your Voice results from Barcelona were quite encouraging, although I'd never say that we could not do more to become an even better place to work. Thanks again Ryan
