I think when a business works at the pace ours does, it can sometimes seem “chaotic”, but I assure you there IS method in the madness but I understand this is something we need to continue to be better at, like so many other businesses. #Wearetryingthough 😊 We’ve completed over 800 internal vacancies and promotions in 2018 alone, so I wouldn’t agree with progression being minimal, but I understand how ambitious people are (which I love) and can tell you that there will be more opportunities for everyone along the way.
