Pros
The only thing I like are my coworkers. They are great, friendly and make coming into work bearable.
Cons
Micromanaging, constantly contradicting rules and requirements from different departments, lack of care to the current employees and a viciously punitive environment create a toxic environment where it is awful and uncomfortable to come into work.
